Hi! We are Grafit Studio — an outsourcing studio that has been creating art for over 15 years for companies like Riot Games, CD Projekt RED, Playrix, MY.GAMES, and other top players in the gaming industry. In addition to outsourcing, we also develop our own internal products: digital products and an online academy for artists.
We are currently looking for a Lead SMM Manager who will take ownership of growing our social media presence, managing our portfolio, and promoting digital products for artists (photo references, educational products, etc.)

What you’ll be doing:
SMM Strategy: You will design and own the SMM strategy and roadmap, aligning studio goals, product launches, and audience interests into a cohesive system;
Digital Products & Collaborations: Your primary focus at the start will be developing our products for artists through partnerships with creators and relevant projects;
Social Media Ecosystem: You will grow Instagram, X, Bluesky, Facebook, and other platforms together with the team. We value meaningful content and are open to experimentation;
ArtStation — our studio’s face: You will work closely with artists and designers on the portfolio: selecting the best works, setting tasks for project presentation, and fully coordinating the process;
Team Management: You will manage the SMM team (2 people): setting priorities, supporting the team, and maintaining a steady workflow;
Content & Formats: You’ll generate strong ideas, test new approaches, and engage with the audience (including contests and email campaigns);
Video Content: You’ll brief the video production team and ideally handle basic editing yourself (Reels / Shorts) when quick, high-quality output is needed;
Analytics: You’ll conduct regular research, present team results to the business, identify best practices, and optimize what’s already working.
What we expect from you:
Experience: 5+ years in SMM / Content working with an English-speaking audience. Team management experience is a strong plus;
Visual Taste: A strong understanding of what makes art stand out and how to present it effectively;
Industry Awareness: Interest in gamedev and digital art, awareness of trends, and the ability to translate them into strong content solutions;
Hands-on + Strategy Balance: Ability to both build processes and execute tasks without losing focus in a fast-paced environment;
English — must have: We operate in an international environment, so our social media and external communication is in English;
Tech-savvy: Ability to integrate AI tools into your workflow to optimize tasks.
