Middle SMM Manager

We’re Grafit Studio, an outsource studio that’s been creating art for over 15 years for clients like Riot Games, CD Projekt RED, Playrix, My.Games, and many other industry giants. In addition to outsourcing, we’re also developing our own internal products — including our reference pack platform and an online academy for artists.

Right now, we're looking for a Social Media Manager to join Grafit Academy and turn our social media into a magnetic hub for artists.

Our goal isn’t just to post content — we want to create a space where people come for ideas, community, and inspiration. If you know how to light up social media, love metrics as much as you love memes, and can speak the language of your audience — we’ve been looking for you!

• Create and manage a content plan that’s actually fun to read;
• Write and design content for Telegram, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube (including visuals);
• Come up with contests, livestream ideas, and engaging formats — even the slightly crazy ones (we love experimenting);
• Collect feedback, track metrics, monitor traffic and conversion rates (yes, with proper UTM tags);
• Work closely with the Academy team — including our product manager, artists, and other creatives — to make the content fresh and relevant;
• Share case studies and success stories from our students, including interviews;
• Build and nurture our community: respond to comments, be the voice of the brand, and a friendly DM companion.

• Understands how content works in tandem with marketing — from awareness to conversion;
• Writes clearly, engagingly, and in different styles — and can hit the brand's tone of voice;
• Knows the ins and outs of platforms like VK, Telegram, Instagram, and others — what works where;
• Can (or wants to) create email campaigns and work with chatbots and funnels;
• Speaks English at a B2 level or higher;
• Truly understands the needs and struggles of our audience;
• Is genuinely passionate about games and digital art;
• Knows how to grow and engage communities;
• Has basic skills in Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
