Grafit is an art outsourcing studio and online academy for artists. For over 15 years, we have been creating illustrations, concepts, 3D assets, and animations for games, movies, and books. Our team is comprised of over a hundred talented artists and managers. Most of our clients are major international studios, including Blizzard, Riot Games, NCSoft, CD Projekt RED, and others.

We are growing rapidly and expanding our team to better serve our existing clients and continuously join the production of new games.

We are looking for a skilled Producer to lead art production projects, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on management across multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of commercial art projects (2D/3D, animation, VFX), ensuring on-time delivery, high team performance, and strong project margins.
  • Manage partnerships with top-tier clients from initial request to final delivery; negotiate budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks; maintain smooth communication across client–producer–team channels; document interactions in CRM.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
  • Build and develop high-performing art teams by assigning artists based on skills, monitoring workload and growth needs, and conducting performance reviews with HR and Art Lead.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, facilitating postmortems, and launching initiatives to enhance team efficiency and project quality.

Requirements

Skills and experience we expect from you

  • Proven experience in managing complex 2D/3D art projects, leading 3+ simultaneous productions with 10+ team members each.
  • Understanding of digital art pipelines: from early sketches to final renders or engine-ready assets.
  • Strong track record of working with international clients, ensuring alignment across language, time zones, production expectations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies: applying the right tools to match the team and project context.
  • Skilled in project budgeting: from cost estimation and budget planning to protecting financial health throughout delivery.
  • Financial literacy in production: confident in monitoring expenses, optimizing costs, and maintaining profitability.
  • Fluent in English and Russian: written and spoken for day-to day communication. Bonus: knowledge of Chinese or motivation to learn.
